Our attorneys assisted the property owner in negotiating a build-to-suit lease for a Federal Express Ground Facility in Carol Stream, Illinois which required obtaining the necessary special use permits to operate a truck terminal with residential neighbors in fairly close proximity. This 380,000 square foot facility has since been enlarged, and is one of Federal Express’s hubs for sorting and distributing packages on a daily basis.
