Maurides Foley Tabangay & Turner LLC assisted Wintrust Bank in obtaining a special use permit to allow a two-lane drive-thru at its facility in the heart of Old Town. Wintrust retained our firm to assist with the application process which involved working with the Alderman’s office; obtaining a waiver from the strict requirements of the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance; addressing traffic issues with the Chicago Department of Transportation; and appearing before the Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals where it use was unanimously approved.
