Pat Turner is representing the contract purchaser of a landmarked mansion along Sheridan Road seeking zoning approval to use the mansion as shared private offices, art studios, and other work and event spaces. Pat recently attended a community meeting to discuss the proposed change which appeared to have unanimous approval.

George Maurides and Adrian Tabangay recently represented the purchaser in a complex multi-million dollar Will County real estate transaction involving subterranean mining rights and the acquisition of related business assets.

Attorneys at Maurides Foley Tabangay & Turner LLC worked with developers WBS Equities, LLC and Abbott Land and Investment Corp. in acquiring, annexing and zoning a 32-acre parcel on Airport Road in unincorporated Kane County into Romeoville, Illinois.

George Maurides coordinated with the developers, Village officials, engineers and other parties to successfully acquire the property. Mr. Maurides also negotiated and drafted the annexation agreement which incorporated the approval of the zoning, subdivision, site plans and Village incentive package.

Patrick C. Turner of Maurides Law represented LCR Capital LLC in obtaining zoning approval for a 9,500 square foot, state-of-the-art children’s swim facility at 1930 W. Hubbard. The operator, the Goldfish Swim School Franchise, provides a unique swim curriculum and facility designed specifically for children’s swim lessons. Patrick C. Turner of Maurides Law represented JJB Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Salons by JC, in obtaining zoning approval for a 10,680 square foot space at 2860 North Broadview. Salons by JC is a national franchisor of salon suites for beauty and wellness professionals.

Patrick Turner of Maurides Law recently obtained a special use permit to establish ear piercings for a national retailer of accessories and jewelry to young women at its State Street location in the Central Business District.
